Well-known weaver Sharon Alderman will present the workshop Double Weave and Color and Weave Effects: One Warp, Two Major Techniques on March 8, 9 and 10, 2014 in Spokane. During the three day workshop weavers will use one warp to explore six loom-controlled double weave variations and also color-and-weave effects. Color-and-weave effect drafting is taught and used to design the cloth that is woven.
Registration is open to both members of Spokane Handweavers’ Guild and the weaving public.
