Workshop Proposals

The Guild strives to offer many weaving-related workshops each year, open to our members and the weaving public We are interested in both short (1/2 day) workshops and longer, multi-day classes. We offer workshops for weavers at all skill levels, from beginners to well-experienced. We also strive to offer classes on a variety of topics.

If you are interested in providing a workshop for the Guild, please download and fill out a Workshop Proposal Form as well as a W-9 (so we can pay you!).

Please note that proposals are due no less than four months prior to your proposed workshop date(s) so that we have adequate time to consider your proposal, schedule your class and promote it well.

Or hand-deliver it to any committee member. Please keep a copy for your records.

Upon acceptance of your proposal you will be required to submit a W-9  (so we can pay you!) as well as 2 to 5 digital photos to be used in marketing your workshop. These might include a headshot of you, samples of your own work, details of the type of work 1involved, etc. Minimum resolution is 1200 pixels in the widest dimension.
