Judy is warping her loom in preparation for a tartan weaving workshop in April with expert tartan weaver Linda Davis. She says: “I’ve wound Jaggerspun
worsted two ply wool yarns into a Ross Tartan warp for the Linda Davis tartan workshop in April.
“The threading sett I chose was proportionally reduced by half to fit a whole motif into the scarf project planned for the workshop.
“This is wonderful yarn! Smooth and strong, evenly dyed, clear deep colors, very consistent texture. This fiber is a joy to work with and very encouraging. Preparing for this tartan workshop is already stretching my skills.”
