For a change of pace, this meeting will take place at Paradise Fibers at 225 W. Indiana in Spokane. Find us in the meeting area on the store’s mezzanine.
This month’s program will feature Lori Rist, longtime employee at Snowmass Alpacas near Sandpoint, speaking on alpacas, their fiber and weaving with alpaca yarn.
Also, our Association of Northwest Weavers Guild rep, Linda Stone, will give a recap of the ANWG conference that just took place in Victoria, BC.
Attendees may bring finger food snacks or beverages to share and, as always, recent textiles arts projects for show-and-tell are appreciated.
