SHG president Victoria Leuba will present a program on color sampling for weaving using Aida cloth with mesh sizes from 22 epi to 10 epi and other tools. Several methods of sampling for sett and design will be discussed. Attendees should bring assorted yarns to sample with, a long, blunt-tipped needle and any examples of sampling techniques or sampling you’ve done.
Recently completed projects are welcome for the show-and-tell portion of the meeting and everyone who brings an item for show-and-tell will be entered in a drawing for a prize.
Finger food snacks or beverages to share are always appreciated.
